OUR POLICIES

Booking Policies:

All reservations require a first night deposit. Both online and phone reservations require the same amount. The outstanding balance will be charged to your card on arrival.

All weekends during Summer (July and August) require a two night minimum

Our rates are based on double occupancy (an additional child is fine). Our rooms can not sleep three adults. And please understand that our rooms are not massive, and we do not have a way to accommodate rollaways.

Cancellation Policies:

No one likes to cancel their plans but we know sometime it has to happen. We try to have a policy that is flexible with our guests but understanding that cancelations may prevent other guests from canceling.

  • Rooms canceled 7 days prior to arrival, will receive their full refund.

  • Room canceled less than 7 days before their reservation are subject to a cancelation fee equal to the first nights stay.

  • If you fail to cancel or alter your plans and do not show up for your reservation, you will be charged the remainder of your outstanding balance and your room will be canceled.

  • If you must depart early than your reservation departure date, that your unused room nights will be subject to the same cancelation policy above.

Check In Policies:

Our normal check in time is anytime after 3pm.

Our lobby is mobile, very similar to an Airbnb, we are only a phone call or text away.

If you want to check in early, we will try our best to accommodate you however we can not guarantee. This depends on guests checking out and the cleaning schedule determined by the housekeeping staff.

Room Charges & Damages:

When you book with us, we do require a credit card to be kept on file in our system to cover any room charges and damages. Any damage to furniture, linens, and other property will be accessed and then billed to the customer at our replacement cost, which may include labor costs. We will be transparent in our communication with you regarding damage to the room. Please keep in mind, this does include a smoking fee as all rooms are non-smoking per Michigan Law.

Pet Policies

As fellow pet owners, we love traveling with our fur babies as well. We just ask that you are responsible for your pet and respectful of our other guests. Here are a few rules to ensure that:

  • Dogs are welcome and a $25 per pet, per visit will be applied to your invoice. Please let us know in advance.

  • A maximum of TWO dogs per room

  • Dogs must be leashed and under control at all times. Any unruly pets will be asked to leave. This includes excessive barking, damage to the property, and aggressive behaviors.

  • We expect guests to clean up after their pets and properly dispose of any wastes.

  • Pets are not to be left unattended in the rooms.

Property Rules

No smoking in any of the rooms. If you would like to smoke, please due so outside as long as it’s not disturbing the other guests.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We ask that you keep noise to a minimum. If we have to repeatedly ask you to quiet down, we will than ask you to leave the property and no refund will be given.

Hot Tub closes at 10pm. We ask that you keep the cover on. Please do not drink alcohol in the hot tub.

Seasonal Amenities

We do have a few seasonal amenities based on occupancy, please make note of when you are booking your room, our hot tub is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Currently our hot tub is closed due to Maintence - we are waiting on a part to arrive. Our continental breakfast is open during our busy season May - October and closed in our off season November - April.
